Covid-19 Statement

As we are all aware the covid-19 outbreak is having a huge impact on both individuals and businesses. We will use this page to keep you all updated on where we are currently.

We will remain open for orders as long as we are able and it is safe to do so.

Orders and deliveries will operate as normal until further notice.

We are confident that this will remain the case going forward however as we know this is a very dynamic situation so changes may need to be made going forward and we will provide constant updates to ensure you can still get the supplies that you need in these difficult times.

All office staff will be working from home for the time being and will still be able to support customers via email and phone where possible. We appreciate your patience during this transition while we work out any kinks in the system.

The best way to contact us during this time will be via email as all inboxes will be monitored and responded to by the relevant team members as normal.

Finally, from all the team here we would like to say thank you all for your support in the past and we hope that all out customers, suppliers and friends stay safe during these difficult times.

OPENING TIMES UPDATE

Until further notice we will be operating reduced opening hours from 10am until 4pm effective immediately. 

Shipping will remain the same and products will be sent on a next day service as usual if ordered before 3pm

OPENING TIMES REVISION

To clarify on yesterday’s post, all our office staff are now set up and working from home and will be available to be contacted within our usual office hours for sales enquiries and technical support (9am - 5pm).

As previously stated the warehouse will be running a skeleton staff in line with public health guidelines and social distancing advice. This means that we will to the best of our ability ship any order the same day provided it is ordered before 3pm. We would request however that where possible orders are placed as early as possible so that we can guarantee to ship them that day for you.

We are still open for Business

Just to give you a further update on our situation regarding the COVID 19 virus.

There is no change for office staff as they are all still working from home. Jacqueline and Dani are both available by phone and email for any order queries and Adam is available for any Technical support queries that you may have.

Due to my concern for my staff, my final member of the Warehouse team has been furloughed today for his own wellbeing.

Moving forward into the foreseeable future all orders will be picked, packed and despatched by the 2 directors and son (Steven, Lindsey and Luke). We all live in the same house so it will be a case of leaving our house, traveling to the warehouse approximately 10 minutes away, locking ourselves in and despatching your orders. The completed consignments are then placed outside under a canopy for the couriers to collect.

With only 3 members of staff in the warehouse unfortunately we cannot guarantee all orders will be dispatched the same day depending on the volume but we will endeavour to do so. We do ask that if you plan on ordering that you order as early as possible in the day or better still the night before as if there are a high number of orders come in the night before we can get in early to get ahead of the game.

We have taken the view that we want to try and keep going as long as possible as per the Government’s advice in a safe manner not putting any of our staff at risk but keeping the number of staff that we have had to furlough to the bare minimum. This will enable us to claim as little as possible from the government and will also mean that our customers past and present can still purchase blanks etc to keep their businesses going if they so wish.

Returns will not be checked for at least 3 days after arriving at the warehouse so please bear with us with this matter.

Hello everyone

 

We hope you are all staying Fit safe and healthy.

 

After the announcement last night from the Prime Minister we are now back up to full staffing levels in the warehouse all be it working in a safe and responsible manner. Our staff are observing all social distancing measures while onsite and appropriate PPE has been issued to all staff.

 

The office staff and technical support staff are all still working from home but can be contacted in the normal way.

 

It is fantastic to see so many of our customers are still open for business and as such we will continue to support you as much as we can.

 

I would like to thank all customers for sticking by us in these un precedented times.
