**Terms and Conditions for Dye Sublimation Supplies

“12 January Wins” Giveaway

1.) Organiser

  • The “12 January Wins” Giveaway is organised by Dye Sublimation Supplies.

2.) Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Dye Sublimation Supplies, their immediate family members, and anyone directly associated with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3.) Duration

  • The “12 January Wins” Giveaway runs from Monday 5th January 2026 to Friday 30th January 2026.
  • A total of 12 prizes will be awarded during this period.
  • Three giveaways will be posted each week on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, in line with the following schedule:
    • Week 1: 5th, 7th & 9th January
    • Week 2: 12th, 14th & 16th January
    • Week 3: 19th, 21st & 23rd January
    • Week 4: 26th, 28th & 30th January
  • Each giveaway entry window opens when the relevant post goes live and remains open until 11:59pm GMT on the Sunday of that week.
  • Winners will be selected and contacted on the Monday following each giveaway week.

4.) How to Enter

  • Follow Dye Sublimation Supplies on TikTok, Instagram, and/or Facebook.
  • Complete the specific entry instructions outlined in each giveaway post (for example: like, comment, share, or tag).
  • Participants may enter on each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) for additional chances to win, unless otherwise stated.

5.) Prizes

  • Each prize will be clearly detailed in the corresponding giveaway post.
  • Any voucher prizes (where applicable) are:
    • Non-transferable
    • Non-refundable
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Subject to any expiry dates stated in the giveaway post

6.) Winner Selection

  • One winner per prize will be selected at random.
  • Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered on.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Dye Sublimation Supplies reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.) Entry Limitations

  • Automated, bulk, or bot entries will result in disqualification.
  • Dye Sublimation Supplies reserves the right to remove entries that do not comply with the rules.

8.) Prize Delivery

  • Physical prizes will be dispatched to the winner’s provided address.
  • Delivery is free (UK residents only).
  • Digital prizes or voucher codes will be sent electronically.

9.) Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that Dye Sublimation Supplies may announce their name and/or social media username in connection with the giveaway on social media platforms.

10.) General

  • Dye Sublimation Supplies reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time where necessary.
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.

11.) Privacy

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Dye Sublimation Supplies’ Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway.
