We only publish verified purchased reviews on our store. If a review is left directly on a product page instead of through the Klaviyo “verified purchase” email, our team checks whether the customer has bought that specific item from us before. If we can confirm the purchase in our system, the review is marked as verified before being published.

Product reviews relate to specific blanks, consumables or equipment
you’ve bought. Both sets of reviews help other creators choose the right products
and know what to expect from us.
After you place an order, Klaviyo will usually email you asking for feedback on the items you purchased. You can also leave a review directly on the relevant product page at any time. Reviews left on product pages without going through an email link will be treated as unverified until a member of our team can confirm that you’ve ordered from us before.
If you leave a review while browsing the site (rather than via a Klaviyo review email), our system can’t always automatically link it to a specific order. In those cases it will appear as an unverified review by default. Where we can confirm you as an existing customer, we may manually mark it as verified.
We don’t edit the content of genuine reviews. We may hide reviews that contain offensive language, spam or personal information, but honest feedback — positive or negative — is welcomed as it helps us improve our products and service.
