I always get an A1 service from this company. Items are sent the same day if ordered early enough in the day. Delivery is always fantastic and I have never had any issues with my orders. Can't comment on any other aspects (such as after-sales support/service) as I haven't used them. Arrived safely, promptly, and with no damage (they were well packaged). Quality of the mugs is good, and none of the ones I received had any imperfections. Sublimation was crisp, with good blacks and vibrant colours - the results are sharp and look great.
