First time sublimating on bone china & it worked like a dream. Will definitely be ordering more. Very fast delivery and fantastic quality.

So easy to sublimate and the finished product is great. I preheated in my oven at 70 degrees for just a few minutes before sublimating to ensure the china was heated through then pressed for 160 seconds at 160 degrees with the Arc mug press. I couldn’t be happier with the result and I didn’t even have one single reject.

Brilliant and efficient service. Haven't used their customer service yet, so can't comment on that, but the products are fantastic. These are really gorgeous, but I did have one with a blemish on it. Fortunately it didn't affect the area I was printing on. Managed to sublimate them in a Cricut Mug Press using a 3mm silicone sheet, so very happy.

How quick can a mug blank be sent?
