Brilliant service as always. I placed my order over the xmas break and was pleasantly surprised when I got an email the first day they were back open to say my order had been despatched. Due to a courier mistake which was out of the control of DSS my order was delayed. I received an email from DSS to inform me of what had happened which I really appreciated I make loads of these and they are one of my best sellers. Such a vast amount of blanks to try out and all at great prices. The items I ordered arrived well packaged and quickly. I followed their video instructions on how to sublimate the coasters. Website eady to navigate, they added £200 delivery cost for a £30 order. Took a phone call to get it sorted. This was done quickly but needs to be sorted on the website. Looked great when finished.
