Printed to order: when your order is sent

Order by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, and your sheets are printed and sent the same day. After 12 noon they go the next working day.
Blanks and anything else in the same order are packed and sent with the sheets, in one parcel. So the 12 noon cutoff applies to the whole order, not our usual 3pm cutoff for blanks.

Artwork guidelines

Set width to 57 cm; choose length to match the selected variant.
Accepted formats: PNG or PDF 300 DPI, transparent background recommended.
Use CMYK for accurate colour reproduction.
Allow safe trimming margins (~0.3 cm) and arrange designs efficiently.

What fits on each sheet?

57×50 cm: moderate quantity of medium designs.
57×100 cm: high-volume gangs or mixed arts.
57×500 cm: wholesale high-volume gangs.

How to Apply & Care

Application Instructions

Prepress garment or textile at ~160 °C (305 °F) for a few seconds.
Position the DTF film on fabric, cover with release sheet, and press for 15 seconds at ~160 °C with light–medium pressure.
Peel hot.
For best results, use medium pressure or squeegee over design.

Tip: For stretchy fabrics, stretch lightly during pressing for better adhesion.

Care Instructions

Machine wash inside-out on gentle cycle; avoid high heat drying.
Wait 24 hours before first wash to ensure optimum durability.

When will my order be sent?

Do I need a heat press?

Yes — heat is required to transfer the DTF film to fabric.

Can I gang multiple designs?

Yes — you can fit as many designs as possible within the chosen sheet size.

Which file formats are accepted?
