I am particular about smashproof boxes and I am very pleased with these. The top corners could be less sharp, but these boxes still deserve 5 stars. I love ordering from this shop so I am pleased I can buy my basics here too. Fast delivery and great customer service always!

Brilliant quality, very robust. Put it through some serious testing, not one breakage!

Inspired by the dye sublimation video, I decided to put these smash proof boxes through a little test of my own! 😅
I placed a mug reject inside the box and quite literally chucked it around from varying heights… up to around 6ft!
Safe to say I was impressed. The mug survived the whole thing without a smash, crack or chip and honestly, I had far too much fun testing it in the process 😂☕📦

We had so many breakages from bubble wrapping single wall mug boxes when shipped with Royal Mail. Since switching to these, we've had only 1 single breakage from over 500 shipped.
If you sell mugs, you have to use these for shipping.

I always use DyeSublimationSupplies's for all my blanks. This includes mugs, coasters, cushion covers, keychains and their adorable plush toys
Very fast delivery and respond quick if I ever have a query I haven’t used these yet but I can see they are good quality and will be sturdy to send out the mugs for customers without wondering if they’ll get broken on the way

Aileen Hunter
Hello, Is it possible to order this on invoice.
Dye Sublimation Supplies
Hello Aileen! Thank you for your query. I'm afraid that all orders need to be placed through the website and payment received before despatch.

I have 11oz mugs, exact measurements are:
105mm (h)
105mm (w)
72mm (d)
Will these boxes be suitable?
Dye Sublimation Supplies
Hi Fi! The 11oz mugs that we have tested in these mug boxes are 95mm in height and they're completely fine. There isn't much difference in your mugs and ours so we believe that they would be suitable for the mug boxes but wouldn't be able to 100% guarantee that they would fit. I would recommend purchasing a few of the mug boxes to test out.

Dita Surynkova
Hello,
do you supply your stock also against invoice?
I am looking to order about 2 pallets of the smashed proof boxes for ceramic mugs.
Thank you Dita
Dye Sublimation Supplies
Hello Dita, all orders require payment before they can get shipped out. I hope this helps.

Smash-proof mug box: the drop test
A boxed mug is dropped and thrown about the car park to show what the smash-proof box is designed to protect against, and how the mug inside comes through it. A demonstration rather than a tutorial, but a quick answer to anyone asking whether the box is worth the money.
