Dreadful couriers Dye Sublimation Services are an amazing company their customer service is top class it’s unfortunate that their couriers DHL let them and their customers down
Next day should be just that not 1 week later and parcels just left on doorstep claiming they had been signed but had not been
Dye Sublimation very kindly resent my order again when it didn’t turn up but this time with DPD and this arrived next day with no issues

Don't normally have to make contact as ordering is straightforward and deliveries prompt/on time. When I have had to make contact the response is very quick and efficient. I had a minor issue with the corners of the boxes being damaged. Dina and Keith sorted this very quickly with no problem. Excellent customer service
