Please note the top side (yellowish side) is the printing side. Do not print on the brighter side.

The unique micro porous technology of S-Race sublimation paper allows it to achieve outstanding printing results on textiles and hard substrates. Impress your customers with brighter colours and even greater detail on their final product because of the exceptional abilities of S-Race; it is extremely fast drying, has excellent line sharpness, superb and quick transfer properties and outstanding lay-flat performance. Due to these advantages, production handling with S-Race is significantly improved; for shorter processes, higher efficiency and brilliant results.

S-Race produce their own paper, which means they have complete control over base paper properties, such as curl, wet-cockling and air permeability. This ensures consistent quality when it comes to using the curtain coating technology to apply the microporous colour receiver layer onto the base paper. This technique ensures an even coating layer when compared to coatings applied using a traditional rod technique. S-Race also uses an innovative microporous coating that absorbs the ink and allows it to sublimate onto the blank product with clear line sharpness, unlike other coatings that use swell technology which holds the ink on the surface of the paper and can lead to image bleeding and longer drying times.

S-RACE sublimation paper from Felix Schoeller

The manufacturer’s own film about S-RACE sublimation paper: how the coating is built to take the ink and release it quickly, and what that means for fast presses and high-speed printing. A product film rather than a how-to.
