Hi, I'm looking to purchase some new mug presses and wondered if you could answer this question. Is the Arc Mug Press superior to the Prima one? I do a lot of top to bottom wraps so even heat coverage is very important.
Hi Robert, thank you for your question. The arc mug press is a very good press which we have sold for years and would be capable of achieving top to bottom wraps. The Prima presses are also very good and will be the presses we will be selling moving forward. If you do these sorts of prints, it might be worth having a look at the Prima tumbler press which comes with a tumbler element and singular 11oz element which could increase your product offering. With this press, you would be able to achieve top to bottom wraps for mugs, bottles and tumblers. Hope this is ok and please get in touch if you have any other questions.
Can you use a press element for champagne glasses as I can't use the oven and I have made so many mistakes with them?
Unfortunately, with the shape of the champagne glass it is not suitable for the mug presses.
