This UV DTF Film 30cm x 100m is ideal for when there are production limitations from being able to UV print directly onto one object at a time or producing irregularly shaped items.
This film has distinct adhesive and laminate layers which work together to make the pressure sensitive adhesive combine with the flexible clear laminate layer.
Easy to use for single or multiple images, simply peel and transfer the UV ‘stickers’ to your object.
Important note: The resultant product should be washed by hand or cold, as it may not be dishwasher safe.
Printing and handling
- Make sure the item to be decorated is suitable for the process.
- The printing process involves print to A Film (with UV DTF Ink and Varnish), laminating A Film to B Film, to create ‘stickers’ which can be peeled and applied.

Ideally test it repeatedly before stating it is dishwasher safe and make sure it goes through a normal wash, rather than a more powerful or hotter wash.
- Don’t apply the graphic to any areas on the products that are likely to come into contact with liquid or food.
- Take time to wipe the surface to be decorated to remove any grease with an IPA wipe and make sure it is then dry.
- It is important the item is at room temperature
