Brilliant service as always. I placed my order over the xmas break and was pleasantly surprised when I got an email the first day they were back open to say my order had been despatched. Due to a courier mistake which was out of the control of DSS my order was delayed. I received an email from DSS to inform me of what had happened which I really appreciated
