Our blank 40oz sublimation tumblers are the perfect choice for creating premium personalised drinkware using sublimation printing, UV-DTF and vinyl applications. Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, these 40oz sublimation tumblers feature a stylish matte finish, providing the ideal surface for vibrant sublimation transfers, custom artwork, business logos, names, photographs and personalised designs. Whether you're producing personalised gifts, branded merchandise, promotional products, corporate gifts or custom travel tumblers, these premium 40oz sublimation tumblers deliver professional-quality, long-lasting results, making them ideal for crafters, print shops and sublimation businesses.
Each 40oz sublimation tumbler features a durable removable plastic handle, which is secured with screws and can be easily removed using a screwdriver before heat pressing. Once your sublimation design has been applied and the tumbler has cooled, the handle can be quickly reattached, making the sublimation process simple and hassle-free.
The double-wall insulated construction keeps drinks hot or cold for extended periods, making these tumblers perfect for everyday use. Each tumbler also includes a plastic flip-top lid with a reusable plastic straw for convenient, spill-resistant drinking at home, at work or on the go.
Available in nine vibrant colours – black, white, purple, green, light pink, hot pink, yellow, blue and turquoise – these blank 40oz sublimation tumblers are suitable for sublimation printing, UV-DTF and vinyl customisation.
Please note: The black tumbler is suitable for UV-DTF and vinyl application only and is not suitable for sublimation printing.
