I especially love their mystery boxes — they’re such a great way to try different products and discover new ideas for my business. The instructions and guidance regarding heat press settings are also really helpful, especially when you’re still learning.

Brilliant and efficient service. Haven't used their customer service yet, so can't comment on that, but the products are fantastic. These are great! Made a few for younger family members for Christmas with special photos from 2024, and I know they'll hit the spot. Very happy with the quality as there's a sparkle to the finished effect.

Same as the A4 brilliant to work with and separates easily when pressed.
I would liike to say if you could do an a5 with 20 and 40 piece puzzle it would be great for the young children
